Steps to make Easy khaman dhokla recipe:
First make batter take one bowl add water then add oil,sugar,citric acid,salt mix it well then add sieve (chaana hua)gram flour (besan) into bowl mix it well.
After that take a tin Grease with oil.
Then take big kadhai add 1 cup water then place a stand water should remain till stand not more than that
After that in batter add baking soda mix it well for 1 min in one direction rotating only.
Then take grease tin pour whole batter in it then place in kadhai cover the full kadhai and steam for 12-15 mins in medium flame.
After 12 mins please check with knife when knife comes clean then switch off the flame
Cool it for 5-10 min then cut into pieces.
Then make tadka for it.
Take one pan add switch on the gas add oil in a pan,then add mustard seed when mustard seed splutter then add green chilli, curry leaves cook for 10 sec then add water on it then boil sugar for 1 min then switch off the gas now.
Cool for 2 mins then add tadka on dhokla all over it garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate
