For Dhokla Tempering take a pan add oil when oil is heated add Mustard Seeds and curry leaves into it after a minute add water,sugar,lemon juice and green chilli into it and boil them for 5 minutes on a low to medium flame.now the Tempering is ready.
  5. Now remove dhokla from tin and cut it into pieces and add Tempering on dhokla. Leave dhokla with Tempering for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now our Dhokla is Ready to Serve. ENJOY!
