  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min.
  4. Now add all the spices like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.Cook for a min till it becomes slightly brown.
  5. At this point add coconut paste, khuskhus paste and give a nice stir.
  6. Add boiled peas and salt. Add little water and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 mins. Cover with the lid.
  7. Khuskhus matar sabji is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. It goes well with rice and chapatis.
