  1. Take 2 packages sausage links (12ounces each)
  2. Make ready 1 refrigerated shredded hash browns (20 ounces)

  5. Prepare 1 can diced mild green chilies (4 ounce)
  6. Take 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions to make Slow Cooker Breakfast:
  1. Cook sausage according to package; cut into 1/4 inch slices, set aside
  2. In a bowl combine green onions, red pepper, chilies; set aside.
  3. Spray the interior of a 5-6 quart slow cooker with veg. cooking spray. Layer one third of hash browns, green onion mixture and sausage and cheese into crock. Repeat layers twice.
  4. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper, pour over layered ingredents.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until themometer inserted in center reads 160°F. Serve.
  6. Cooking this over night makes a great ready meal in the morning. Also makes great breakfast burritos. You can add any meats you wish.
