Make ready 3-4 boiled potatoes

Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Get For uttapum batter:
Take 1 cup rava
Get 3/4 cup curd
Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Get 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Make ready 1/4 tsp baking soda
Take For tadka:
Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Get 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Take leaves as required Curry
Prepare 1-2 tsp oil
Instructions to make Stuffed mini uttapum:
Mash the potatoes.In a mixing bowl add all the stuffing material.Mix well.
Divide it in equal parts.Make flattened balls.
In other bowl, add rava,curd,black pepper,red chilli powder,salt and 2-3 tbsp water.Mix it and keep aside to rest for minimum 2 hrs.Check the consistency if required,add water in it.
Before making uttapum mix baking soda in it.
Heat a nonstick griddle. Grease with oil.Pour 1 spoon of batter on tawa,place stuffing ball,again pour 1 spoon of batter over it.
Cook it on low medium heat from both sides till it becomes crispy and golden.
Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds.When it crackle add karri leaves and turmeric powder.
Put the prepared uttapum in the pan.Coat the tadka over it.turnoff the flame.
Transfer it in serving plate.serve with any sauce or chutney.
