Now take a pan add oil and heat it then add asafoetida, Fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds saute few seconds then broke red chilli into pieces and add it.saute now add half part of crushed pepper masala and saute few seconds.add tomato cook it for one minute then tamarind water, salt and curry leaves.mix well. add one cup water and let it cook.when a boil comes add remaining pepper Masala and chopped coriander leaves.cook one minute then turn off the flame.transfer in a serving bowl.serve hot
