Kadhi is one of the most favored of recent trending meals in the world. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It is appreciated by millions daily. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Kadhi is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

A Kadhi recipe which is a family heirloom recipe. This fabulous Kadhi Pakora is my mother in law's treasured recipe of making the traditional Punjabi Kadhi with onion pakora. Punjabi Kadhi Pakora is one of the most popular North Indian dishes! Deep fried fritters (pakora) are I am sharing my absolute favorite way to make the best Punjabi Kadhi Pakora at home.

The ingredients needed to make Kadhi:
  1. Prepare 500 ml yogart
  2. Get 3 tsp gram flour
  3. Prepare As needed water
  4. Get 2 tsp ghee
  5. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Get To taste salt
  8. Take 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  9. Get as required Ajwain,rai,sabut dhaniya,hing

Kadhi and Khichdi - A nutritious and comforting meal, home cooked by my mom is In winters, we enjoyed Khichdi with a piping hot bowl of yogurt based soupkadhi and in the summer it was served. Punjabi Kadhi pakora is ready to be served. Enjoy it with rice or rotis. It goes well with khichdi and jeera puloa also.

Instructions to make Kadhi:
  1. Now add ghee,ajwain,rai,hing,dhaniya and mix well.
  2. Take yogurt in a bowl and gram flour and turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix it.
  3. Yogurt mixture in a pot and water keep stirring it continuously bring to boil and simmer it.now add remaining water and stirring it once in a while.
  4. Now it takes 30-40 mints for kadhi to get ready.

Enjoy it with rice or rotis. It goes well with khichdi and jeera puloa also. My husband makes the khichdi, I make the kadhi. The first time I made this recipe, hubby was a little skeptical about the turmeric and. Sindhi Kadhi is very delicious and nutritious.
