  1. Prepare 2 1/2 cup flour
  2. Get 1/2 tsp yeast

  1. Mix 1/2 cup flour, yeast, sugar, and warm water in a bowl, cover and let it stand until foamy
  2. When foamy add the rest of the ingredients except for the cornmeal and knead until smooth, add more flour if needed
  3. Cover bowl and put in a warm place for the dough to double in size.
  4. Take a pan and sprinkle cornmeal evenly into it
  5. Press the dough into the shape you want and add it into the prepared pan, throw your favorite toppings on and bake in oven at 450°F until golden brown.
