Prepare All purpose flour
Make ready Whole wheat flour
Prepare Refined oil
Get Homemade mawa
Get Sugar powder
Prepare Sugar

Prepare Red food colour

Steps to make Bleeding Hand:
OUTER LAYER: Take all purpose flour and whole wheat flour and add refined oil and mix it up well. Then add little water and make a tight dough
When mawa is cooled add sugar powder.
FOR BLOOD: Add sugar and red colour and water and make a 4 sting sugar syrup.
HAND PREPARATION: Take some portion from the dough and roll into 2 thin sheets.
Now cut it out in the shape of hand.
Take a small bowl and add little all purpose flour and water and make a thick paste. Now apply this paste on the outer layer of hand.
Fill the mawa filling in between. Place another hand on the top of it and press the corners well.
Preheat the OTG and grease the plate by pure ghee keep the ready hand on the plate and apply ghee with the help of the brush on the top of it.
Bake at 160° for 10 minutes.
Take it out on serving plate, apply mixed fruit jam at the place of nails.
Cut the hands from the middle and apply the blood.(sugar syrup)
