  1. Take a jar and add sprout moong and ½ cup water. Grind coarsely. Take a bowl and add besan,hladi powder, jeera and salt.
  2. Mix well and make thick paste.

  5. Now add chilli flakes and mix well and add 3 tbsp water.
  6. Heat a pen & grease the oil. Pour ½ cup batter on pen & spread it.
