The ingredients needed to make Roti Noodles:
  1. Get 4-6 leftover Rotis / fresh rotis
  2. Prepare 2 sliced onions
  3. Prepare 1 sliced capsicum
  4. Get 1 sliced Carrot
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp green chilli garlic ginger paste
  6. Get 4 tbsp oil (2 tbsp for roti And 2 tbsp for saute Veggies)
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp water
  8. Make ready 1 small Ching's Chowmein masala pack
  9. Make ready leaves Chopped coriander
Instructions to make Roti Noodles:
  1. Cut the rotis like strips/ noodles. Add 2 tbsp of oil and water to get it moist. (If using fresh rotis no need to moist it)
  2. Roti strips is ready, sliced Veggies r ready, all ingredients ready.
  3. Now put a pan/Kadhi on Medium flame add oil heat it. Add Green chilli-Garlic-Ginger paste, saute it. Add onions get it transparent add carrot. Saute it for a min add capsicum. Saute it for min too.
  4. Now add half Ching's Chowmein masala mix it. Add roti strips and add remaining masala. Mix it all well.
  5. Sprinkle Chopped coriandor leaves and serve hot. Yummy roti noodles r ready.
