Boil the 1 cup noodles with little salt and oil
Once it is done. Cool it and strain the noodles
For egg bhurji : Heat oil in non stick pan. Add 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped green chilly. ginger and garlic paste, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala and salt. Fry it for 3 minutes. Once it is done. Add 2 eggs and mixed well. Then crumbled the egg till it cooked well.
Then add boiled noodles. Mix…properly with eggs. Then add tomato sauce… (optional). Once it is done.
Transfer to a serving plate. Decorate with tomato sauce. Innediately serve…..hot….egg bhurji noodles.
